To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or contain false information.

Muntze connects to your cryptocurrency wallets in read-only mode. We never request, store, or have access to your private keys or seed phrases.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallets and private keys. Muntze is not liable for any losses resulting from compromised wallet security.

Muntze does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information and AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice.

You agree not to use Muntze for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the proper functioning of the platform, using automated systems to scrape or collect data, impersonating others or providing false information, and engaging in any activity that could harm other users or the platform.

All content, features, and functionality of Muntze are owned by Muntze and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of our platform without explicit written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muntze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Muntze shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Muntze immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
